The Awards itself is taking place virtually next Wednesday 9th December and is organised by Property Week, who are well renowned within the PBSA sector. The nomination for “Agency Team of The Year” recognises an outstanding agency team that possess an in-depth expertise and ability in all areas of student accommodation to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice, support and guidance.

•We implemented a VR tour for one of our premium residences for students to immerse into the property from the comfort of their own home. This achieved Londonist DMC to be a part of an organisation,which was shortlisted on VR awards.
•Our partnership with Airbnb Experiences and Keetoo has positively supported our students, especially during national lockdown. Now Londonist DMC keeps its students entertained by offering London famous attractions at a discounted price and delicious, free extras at a selection of restaurants!
•Attended over 50 online events, countless webinars, and workshops to enhance the resilience of the industry.
•Londonist DMC focuses on sustainable development, we have invented our own Londonist Bikes! Our Operations team commutes in London with Londonist Bikes to deliver students kitchen/bathroom packs and bedding essentials as well as other student needs.
•At StudyExpo fair in Istanbul we brought Robot Asimo who interacted with the audience, gave information about Londonist residences, and danced like a star. Visitors who took a selfie with Asimo, participated in our promo to win 2 weeks free accommodation.
•We have developed a quick and easy online booking system on our website for our students – booking rooms have never been faster!
•Londonist DMC is in partnership with Edvisor! With their innovated system, we now provide agencies and schools a direct distribution channel where global educational agents communicate with students to showcase our residence with a faster service.
•4Stay Partnership have allowed us to build a bigger platform for international students to connect with Londonist DMC! This online marketplace shows where clients can find their suitable far away homes by searching room providers, and roommates near their destinations mostly in US, expanding into London.
•All students can directly inform their feedback by easily scanning the QR Code in their rooms by using their mobile phones. We have implemented this system to ensure students are receiving an excellent service!
•Londonist DMC has increased digitalisation by introducing Application Programming Interface (API). This allows our partner agencies to access key information about residences in the portfolio. Using API, our partners can access all information instantly about room options and availability or any details of residences such as nearest tube stop and prices by themselves.
•Our videographer team have implemented an innovative visual using the latest technology of drones. For clients, to have a reality imaginary of in a bird’s eye view of the residences. These are shared on ourYouTube channel and website.
